How fast will I see results?
Most accounts look more professional within the first month. Real growth in followers and leads usually builds over the first 90 days, which is why we report on it every month.
Do I have to film anything?
Up to you. We can send you scripts and shot lists to film on your phone, or our videographers and photographers can come to you for a shoot day and handle it all.
How long is the commitment?
We start with a 90-day term, because growth takes time to show. After that, it's month to month.
Do you only do social media?
No. Social media is where we started, but we also run Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google ads, set up email and SMS automations, manage reviews and your Google Business Profile, improve websites and landing pages, and handle SEO, creator partnerships and PR.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram and Facebook on every package, plus TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Google Business on Growth and up.
Will I get to see posts before they go live?
Yes. You approve your content plan every month, and you can see your full schedule anytime.
Do you run paid ads?
Pro includes paid social and boosting strategy. Your ad budget is separate from our fee and goes straight to the platform.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. We get access through Meta Business Suite and each platform's team settings, and you keep full ownership of your accounts.
Do you only work with local businesses?
We work with businesses anywhere. Shoot days can be scheduled in person depending on location.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many platforms you're on, how much video you want, and whether ads are included. Every business needs something a little different, so you'll get an exact quote after your free audit, with no obligation.
Is the free audit really free?
Yes. We look at your account, reviews and competitors and send you a personalized audit with fixes you can make yourself. If you'd like help after that, we'll talk. If not, keep the tips.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your accounts through Meta Business Suite, your logo and brand colors if you have them, and about an hour in week one for a strategy call or shoot day. We handle the rest.
