Theia Media ("we," "us") runs this website and provides digital marketing services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions, email alatheiamarie@theiamedia.studio.
Information we collect
When you apply or contact us. If you fill out our application or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, role, email, phone number, preferred contact method, business name, website or social handles, industry, years in business, team size, where your customers are, the platforms you use, how you currently post, your goals, budget range, start timing, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to share.
The free audit. If you request a free audit, we collect your business name, Instagram handle and email, and we look at your public social media, website and reviews to prepare it.
The Instagram check-up. Your answers to the check-up stay in your browser. We don't receive or store them.
Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Analytics. We use Metricool to understand how people use this site, such as how many people visit, which pages they view and where they came from. This helps us improve the site. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell your information.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide if we're a good fit
- To reply to you, schedule calls and send information you asked for
- To send proposals, agreements and invoices if we work together
- To send occasional emails about our services, only if you've agreed to hear from us. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep our website secure and working
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and file tools, our email list provider, our scheduling tool, our automation tools, our invoicing and payment tools, and our website host. They may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Clients: access to your accounts
If you become a client and give us access to your social media accounts, analytics or files, we use that access only to provide the services in our agreement. We ask for access through each platform's official team or partner tools whenever possible, so you don't have to share passwords. When our work together ends, we stop using that access, and you can remove it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep application and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you and run our business, and business records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure, password-protected tools. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
